Core Pillars of the 2026 Mandate:
• International Federation Alignment: WSDC has opened a specialized diplomatic channel for International Sports Federations to synchronize their governance with WSDC’s 2026 Global Ethics Code.
• Athlete Safety & Dual-Career Paths: Expansion of the "Athlete Career Program," ensuring professional athletes have access to academic and vocational training, alongside robust physical safeguarding.
• Global Observer Synergy: Leveraging WSDC’s permanent observer status at the UN, EU, and ASEAN to advocate for sports as a low-cost, high-impact solution for social integration and health.
• Technological Integration: Utilizing the WSDC "Global Affairs Division" to implement AI-driven monitoring for fair play and ethical compliance across international competitions.
The "International Sports Federations" Portal
To facilitate this global transition, the WSDC has launched a dedicated digital scheduling platform. This portal allows leaders from international governing bodies to secure direct consultation windows with the WSDC leadership team to discuss policy integration and the 2026-2030 development agenda.
About the World Sport Development Committee (WSDC)
Founded on January 10, 2010, the WSDC is a premier non-governmental organization acting as a guardian of the sports movement. With its headquarters within the Kabir Group’s Sport Development Office, it coordinates a vast network including 206 National Sport Development Committees (NSDCs) and numerous International Federations.
